From conceptualising the brand name and identity, to packaging design and everything in between; Eat Naked is a brand that was born in Utopia and has grown from its initial offering of raw, local honey into an entire family of “better-for-you” foods.
When developing the name and identity, we wanted to show that wholesome doesn’t equal boring. We conceived the name Eat Naked to express the brand’s focus on raw, superior, unadulterated foods that are free from refined sugar, preservatives, and – nonsense. With this in mind, the identity was inspired by our club-swinging ancestors who thrived on a diet of clean, raw foods (while wearing very little clothes). Everything from the brand’s mascot, Ug the caveman, to its signature tongue-in-cheek copy style, all work to drive home the message, ‘naked’.
