Frazer Parfum, founded in 2008 by Tammy Frazer, creates organic and natural perfume products and is based in Cape Town, South Africa. Our brief was to conceptualise and design packaging for Frazer Parfum’s new fragrance, ‘bok’, a calming first scent for babies and the nursery inspired by Tammy’s journey into motherhood.
‘bok’, a diminutive of springbok, is a term of endearment for children. Our idea was to give the iconic and beloved rocking horse a local refresh, creating the rocking bok. The novel packaging features a curved base, reminiscent of a rocking horse, so that when gently pushed it rocks back and forth.
