We were tasked with rebranding property specialist group, Multi Spectrum Properties, aka MSP. The brief entailed a new logo, identity, and brand positioning to refresh the MSP brand image and distinguish it from competitors.
The new logo is a simple representation of the floor plan of a home. This reflects the security and structure synonymous with home – the same security with which MSP provides its clients. The subtle notch detail hints at the ‘M’ of MSP and is used as a design element throughout the identity. The logo encases the MSP name alluding to how all of a client’s property needs can be met under one roof owing to its wide spectrum offering. The result: a bold, modern, and flexible identity that encapsulates the brand and its values.
